Absolutely love the bike and can't wait to shred the trails come summer

Other than the dishes, this bike does everything

Have had the bike out on various types of terrain and it handles it all with ease. The light frame makes for easier climbing. Component build is quality especially the 4 piston brakes which provide ample control on steep descents. The frame & suspension are very responsive. There's nothing negative about this bike. Overall great value and customer service was stellar.

Awesome bike, now I want to buy the whole lineup

This bike is awesome. Plush suspension and very capable at climbing steep hills. Low center of gravity gives you confidence right away. Very fun bike to ride. Feels grounded in any circumstances, but doesn’t feel dead like some other bikes do on easier stuff. Matt helped me with my order, communication was great. He’s a great human.

Best bike I've ever owned - cliche...

But seriously, it is the nicest bike I've ever owned, and is the first "brand new" bike I've bought in 20 years of riding. Pros: it's light, it's nimble, it's super capable on any type of decent, flow or tech. It LOVES to be airborne and is so easy to move around. It climbs well, (see cons), and can hang with most of my riding crews more x/c set ups. Price, you can't beat the value in the product, hands down. Cons: Low bottom bracket can make the climbing more technical that it sometimes is, but with the right climbing skills, it can handle anything you just have to get used to it. Nothing else...literally, nothing. Matt has been incredible with communication and working with me through some of the set up issues we had after I took delivery. No questions asked, just wanted to make sure I was riding and on the trails. Again, I can't recommend enough.

      Fast and Smooth

Reached out to the team at Evolve; organized a custom painted frame and a great buildout to suit my needs. Parts were scarce throughout the global pandemic but they were able to put a bike together for me that exceeded expectations. Can't say enough good things about the company. The bike itself is a maniac. I have the 27.5 variant and it rides fast! It takes rough tech sections like butter and still can hang around with the trail bikes on the climbs. Couldn't be happier with this bike, I'll do 90% of my riding on my Alpha and the rest split between DJ/street and DH. Couldn't be happier.
