FITZ is a gravel bike that can be ridden almost anywhere, on and off the road. Adventure-ready features like disc brakes, additional clearance for wider tyres, and comfortable geometry let FITZ adapt to everything from rugged terrain to winter exploration. We are constantly improving our processes in order to make your buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Start by selecting your bike model and build kit. Choose any additional upgrades or add ons and add to cart. Next go to your cart, enter your information, and submit payment.
Once payment is complete your build will be allocated for the estimated ship date. We have a limited supply of inventory arriving every few months and bikes will sell out quickly.
When all components arrive for your build, one of our expert mechanics will fully assemble and tune your bike at our shop in Squamish, BC. We ensure every bike is fully greased, thread locked, and torqued to spec.
If we're shipping your bike the wheels, fork, handlebar, saddle, and chain are removed for shipping. Minor assembly is required and video instructions are available on our YouTube channel.
If picking up your bike in Squamish it will come fully built and we will help you with suspension setup in person. We'll also be offering more of an experience in the new season where you can select your build in person and watch your bike being built.
Yes, we fully build and tune all bikes before shipping. The wheels, fork, handlebar, and chain are then removed to fit nicely in the box. If you're picking up a bike in Squamish, BC your bike will be fully built and we will help setup suspension at pickup.
All Bikes and frames ship free anywhere in North America. International shipping is $400.
We only sell direct to consumer which saves you at least 25% from comparable bikes.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our frames for original owner, and cost replacement warranty to second owner.
